daddyjay’s chocolate chip cookies

in a bowl:
-3 c. all-purpose flour
-1 c. cake flour
-1 t. baking powder
-1 t. baking soda
-1 t. salt
(set aside)
in your mixer, cream:
-2 sticks of butter (softened)
-1 c. dark brown sugar
-3/4 c. sugar
add:
-2 eggs, 1 at a time
-2 t. vanilla (we use penzey’s single strength, but i’m tempted to buy double strength next time i’m sent.)
