#homeher10

* per random.org, my winner is (duh dah duh! {it’s supposed to be a trumpet sound})

#5-jenna!

i’ll figure out what colors you want & we’ll go from there

i hope to see some of you next year in san diego!

shawn at backpacking dad started a fun-loving and totally mock real conference on wednesday night called #homeher10. you can follow our antics and non-jealousy at not being at blogher at #homeher10 on twitter, if’n you’re into that kind of thing. it’s all silliness and there are even giveaways!

speaking of giveaways! i want to add to the fray. i’ll give away one personalized shirt or onesie to one person who leaves a comment telling me what they want to see at blogher 2011 in san diego. i’ll pick a winner with the random number generator thingy. i’ll close off the comments sunday night at 7pm pst.

i’ll start. i’d like to see some craft-related panels or royos. there is a huge market of craft bloggers & i think blogher is missing out on that.

here are some of the shirts i’ve made in the past, so you can see what you’re in for:

now don’t let’s forget about blogherathome as well. there’s a live chat tonight. (password: bhah)

I’d like a workshop on starting an Etsy business or other online business.

Personally, I’d like to see Dooce’s new house at BlogHer11. Don’t tell me that’s not possible. That woman can do anything.

Let’s bring BlogHer11 and #Homeher11 closer together. Have a booth at BlogHer11 where the HomeHer11 conversation goes on continually. Also, send some live feed back to #HomeHer11 including some of the best sessions. I’m sure there are enough geeks among us to make something happen. Take up a collection to send @Backpackingdad as our geek/emissary and honorary DJ.

Yeah, It would be a dream for me to fly across the country and spend a fun weekend with my online buddies. So, I would like to see ME there. Just starting a blog, so maybe in the next year I will grow it enough to justify a trip to BlogHer11. Thanks for the giveaway.

What I want to see at BlogHer 2011 is ME! 🙂

And San Diego is totally do-able!

I’d like to see a course at BlogHer on basic web design/HTML. Some of us are very advanced, but others are meer beginners at this kind of thing and would love for someone to teach us the basics!

I want to see something for Army or Military Bloggers! We may lurk in the shadows, but we are here!
Love the shirts, freaking awesome! I’m thinking the tie one is perfect back to school wear.

I don’t know about the conference, but I NEED one of those fancy necktie shirts! I would sport it frequently.

Honestly, I’m not sure. I haven’t been to BlogHer ever, so I don’t even know what IS there. But I do love that rainbow shirt.

I want to see all of YOU in San Diego!

Since it is so close, I’m going even if I can’t afford the conference pass!

I would love them talk more about how to gain “success” from your blog by using your local community…then how to handle it once you do! LOL

I’m with SuZ as well… I want to be there!! Chicago was great last year but I chose the smaller venues this year… Viva TypeA MomCon!! LOL

  14. SuZ August 6, 2010 at 9:14 am #

Oh, this one is easy. What I really want to see at the San Diego BlogHer conference is… ME!!!

I’m dying to get to one of these amazing conferences… at least, I think it’s amazing. I’ve only seen one from all the tweets that take over my twitter-stream once a year. 🙂

    So ME ME ME. 🙂
